This class was birthed from my desire to trade with a fellow LMT who could work on my thoracic zone(AKA rib cage). But after a while, I realized I wasn’t the only one needing rib cage work. Every single one of my clients benefited from this work as well.
People who had been dancing with chronic neck pain started getting lasting results. Those with arm and hand numbness and tingling seemingly forgot these symptoms even existed. Those with mismanaged pressure systems(something we’ll cover in class) stopped seeing issues with prolapse, hernia pain, and bladder leakage.
Rib Cage Release
To say this work is limitless may seem like a stretch. But, because we learn to implement breathwork alongside the techniques, this work is limitless.

Meet your instructor
Autumn Meyer
Hello, beautiful people, I’m Autumn! I am a child of God gifted to teach and touch.
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. My walk as an LMT has been an explorative one. I realized early on that to keep myself interested in this field - I needed to be on a never-ending quest to discover more about our anatomy and physiology as humans. And now, I’ve finally found myself in a position eager to teach you all I’ve learned.
Come along with me as we discover how we’ve been knit together and ways to apply that knowledge to your massage practice.
